All of our tour guides in every destination are locals. Knowing the area well, they are good at guiding you around and telling background stories of the tour sites, as well as showing you the secret spots for best photos. If any change of itinerary is needed for unexpected reasons, your tour guides will be more than accommodating in suggesting alternatives to ensure that you always have a wonderful experience
Your Vehicle & Licensed Driver
We will use the air-conditioner vehicles for your tour. Here is the photo for your kind references, not exactly this one but similar. With our comfortable and safe transportation, your tour will be more relaxing and less tiresome, keeping you in the best spirits to make the most out of your journey across Southeast Asia.
Your vehicle in each destination is air conditioned, insured, clean, and regularly maintained. Drivers are licensed and always put your safety first.
Meals
Breakfast
It is normally served at the hotel where you stay. Depending on the hotel, the breakfast would be in western style, local style, or a combination.
Lunch
Included lunches are usually a la carte or set menu at handpicked local restaurant with comfortable dining environment where you can rest assure to taste the local flavor.
Dinner
Mostly Dinners will not be included in your meal plan unless necessary or you have that requirement. Enjoying the local food could be one of your best experiences in “tasty” Indochina area. This is why we provide you this flexibility of food choice. Your private guide will always give you good suggestions based on your preferences.
If you have certain food allergies or special requirements such as vegetarian food, let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
The Consumer is required to have full travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Consumer to read their insurance policy before they travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides the Consumer with the requisite level of cover.
Service Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 30% of total invoice is required in order to confirm all our services.
- Balance of payment is due earlier than 45 days prior to your departure.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in unexpected cancellation of the booking. Payment may be made by cash, telegraphic/electronic transfer or credit card (Visa, Master and American Express card).
- Except for the cash payment, any levied charges for the telegraphic/electronic transfer or any applied surcharges for credit card banking (Visa/ Master card 3%, Amex 3.85%) should be covered by the clients.
- Following full payment, final voucher of services and related documents will be forwarded by e-mail or fax to clients at a maximum of two weeks prior to your home departure.
Cancellation
- More than 60 days before arrival: no cancellation charge.
- 14-60 days before arrival: 10% of the price.
- 5-13 days before arrival: 50% of the price.
- Less than 5 days before arrival: 100 % of the price.
Please note that some suppliers (hotels, airlines and cruise companies) have cancellation policies that are different to Asia Trip Deals that we may have to enforce depending on the individual supplier contract.
Cancellation of Extra Services
More than 60 days before arrival: no cancellation charge.
- More than 30 days prior to the service will be refunded in full.
- 15 - 30 days in advance: 50% of the price.
- Less than 15 days in advance: 100% of the price. (Unless we can negotiate otherwise with the hotel).
Claims and Refunds of unused services
- No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
- For claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program and be accompanied by supporting documentation.
- Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Asia Trip Deals will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your travel program. All claims for days missed while traveling should be made in writing within 30 days of the termination of the program.
Liability, Responsibility & Force Majeure
- Asia Trip Deals shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions, conditions or other Force Majeure beyond Asia Trip Deals ’s control. Neither Asia Trip Deals nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
- Passengers are required to have full travel insurance covered. This includes trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable, and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Asia Trip Deals will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of equivalent value.
- Asia Trip Deals shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Asia Trip Deals.
- Asia Trip Deals is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.
- Asia Trip Deals is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
- Asia Trip Deals reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Asia Trip Deals has canceled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Asia Trip Deals is liable for a full refund of the money received by Asia Trip Deals.
- Many of Asia Trip Deals tour packages include activities which require care attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills, trekking, cycling, hiking, kayaking, and entering and exiting tombs and caves, etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Asia Trip Deals, its employees, and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
